Nestled in Kyoto’s historic Nishijin district, an area with over 550 years of tradition, countless workshops continue to produce Nishijin-ori—the exquisite textile used in crafting kimono, Japan’s iconic national attire. The restaurant’s esteemed reputation is further solidified by its history of hosting state guests on numerous occasions, underscoring its world-class excellence and prestige.
