Gion Yamana-an continues to carry on the legacy of Yakiniku Hiro in the over 130-year-old Japanese Inn and Restaurant. There are 13 private rooms available for reservation, each with its own distinct elegance, as well as counter seating where guests can watch the chef prepare their meal right before their eyes.
