Chef Yosuke Otsuka, head chef and owner of Oryori Otsuka Yosuke, hails from Kurume in Fukuoka Prefecture. Still in his 30s, he has already impressed many guests with his dedication to true hospitality. His commitment led him to create a restaurant where reservations were only available via referrals, in which regular guests would refer only their most valued companions, making Oryori Otsuka Yosuke a highly exclusive establishment.
Fluent in English, Chef Otsuka has now decided to offer access to international guests by making reservations available through the service My Concierge Japan.
His menu combines homestyle dishes with unique creations, crafted from carefully selected seasonal premium ingredients, with each dish highlighting their natural flavors. A standout feature that Chef Otsuka presents with pride is the meat course, which uses Tarama Beef, a rare delicacy produced in the area around Miyako Island.
The restaurant’s wooden interior features two private rooms and six counter seats, creating a relaxed atmosphere where guests can feel the natural warmth of the materials.
“Our success comes from guests who have kindly introduced us to their friends and acquaintances,” Chef Otsuka says.
With its welcoming ambiance and carefully prepared dishes, each made from top-quality ingredients, Oryori Otsuka Yosuke invites you to experience its charm and share it with your friends.
